However, we offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product received was damaged on arrival.

You received the wrong item.

There is a manufacturing defect.

Conditions for Exchange Request

To request an exchange, please ensure:

You raise the request within 24–48 hours of delivery.

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

A clear unboxing video (without pauses or cuts) is provided. This is mandatory for us to process the request.

All tags, accessories, freebies, and packaging must be included intact.

Non-Eligible Situations

No exchange without an unboxing video.

No exchange for size, color preference, or change of mind.

No return for used or tampered items.
